Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. While we aim to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery costs are outlined during the checkout process. You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the goods for any damage or defects.
Returns and Refunds
We operate a 14-day return policy in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Mattresses must remain sealed unless faulty. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@minsterbeds.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
