Order Cancellation Policy:
For Items Ordered from Stock:
You can cancel your order for items from our available stock up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery and receive a full refund.
If you decide to cancel your order within 2 days of the scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to charge you a failed delivery fee of £40.
For Made-to-Order, Special Order, or Non-Stocked Items:
If your order is for an item not in our stock and we’ve already commissioned a supplier to create it, it falls outside the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will make every effort to cancel the order with the supplier. However, if it’s in production or other unavoidable circumstances prevent cancellation, you will be required to forfeit 30% of the cancellation order value to cover our costs.
Return Policy after Delivery:
For Items Ordered from Stock:
If your order falls within the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including the delivery charge. Please note that a reasonable collection fee will be applied if you request us to collect the goods.
For Bespoke, Made-to-Order, Special Order, or Non-Stocked Items:
Orders for items not in our stock, which require supplier commissioning, are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In such cases, cancellations will incur a charge of 30% of the Total Order Value to cover our expenses. Additionally, we may, at our discretion, charge a reasonable collection fee.
Please be aware that for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, unless they are unopened and sealed in their original packaging or are found to be faulty. These items include mattresses, mattress toppers, protectors, duvets, and pillows.
Upon receiving and inspecting your goods to ensure they are in perfect condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
