National Deliveries
At Minster Beds we offer free delivery on all orders across mainland England & Wales
Delivery to Ireland, Scotland, Scottish Ireland and remote areas may have an additional surcharge depending on the product ordered.
Rolled up mattresses will be delivered by a one man team primarily or a two man team where necessary.
How do we deliver your order?
We use trusted couriers to deliver our orders. They provide a high quality service that ensures you can receive your order in a timely manner. If you are local to our warehouse then we may use our inhouse delivery service to deliver to you directly. You will be informed before delivery by our team or our courier service. In-stock items will be delivered in an estimated 5-10 working days and made to order items carry an estimated lead time of 10-14 working days.
- What should I do once the item is delivered?
Once the item is delivered please check the item and make sure it’s the item you have ordered, also make sure that you check the item for damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company. - What if I miss the delivery?
If a delivery has been confirmed with the customer and on the day of delivery there is nobody at the address to accept the delivery there will be an additional charge to re-deliver the goods again.
